The word um is literally the story of my life. I’m pretty sure my memory is depleting already.. I’m only 19 or 17 as I was when I made this video. I kinda miss my hair like that :3

  1. First and foremost, I need to address my sleeping pattern. I don’t have a regular work routine so in the past I have found it hard to sort this out. But from Easter Sunday I am working only during the day, 7pm being the latest time. I am quite greedy with my sleep, I love my bed, although once I am awake, I can’t kid myself into getting another hour of lovely sleep. I need probably about 8 hours to be fully functioning and non-drowsy/yawny during the day. So I shall set a target to be in bed by 11pm, computer off by 10.30pm. Which hopefully means I’ll be up by 7 or 8am

  2. Cut down on the chocolate and buying things at work, in my break. It has become routine now, if I take my purse with me to work.. I will buy something like a bar of chocolate or a pasty for lunch. Naughty! That slowly digs into my pocket and adds to my face fat. Target: Don’t take my purse into work, ever, or borrow money from colleagues. Make my own lunch or snack to take with me.

  3. Drink lots of water. I have some problem with my stomach, I don’t know what it is yet because my doctor is being very slow at diagnosing it and referring me. So anyway, sometimes even after a good hearty meal, my stomach still aches for food. To be honest this is what I am blaming most of my weight gain on, as it is probably not aching for food, but food seems to cure it. Anyway back to the point of this list. Water should hopefully fill that hole, and it is most awesome to keep yourself hydrated.

  4. Resist eating badly with Joe. When we’re together, which is usually once or twice a week, I tend to pig out. Without my dieting mum lurking round the corner, I can eat what I like with no ‘consequences’ y’know apart from weight gain, diabetes etc etc. I think the best way to get over this, is to take some foods with me whenever I go to Joe’s, prepared.

  5. Make some goddamn yummy healthy snacks, there are loads of resources out there for healthy snacks. That way instead of reaching for the KitKat, reach for a fruity oat bar or something instead. Oh, and then share it with Tumblr ;)
